Returns and Refund
Communication and Refunds:
- We will notify you if any part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is needed.
- If we cannot process your order within 7 working days, a refund will be initiated and will be resolved depending on the bank’s resolution period.
- Your refund will be reflected in the source account within 5-7 working days. If you do not receive the refund after 7 days, please contact your bank.
- customers have to return a product in 3 days upon confirmation from the customer support team only if the product is damaged in transit.
Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders:
If a cancellation request is received within 5 hours after placing the order and the order is yet to be processed, we will proceed with the cancellation and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellation of Processed Orders:
Once an order has been processed, we will not be able to cancel it. In the rare case that a cancellation is accepted post-processing.
